Born in Montreal, Canada, Harrison received her BA in illustraion from California University at Fullerton and eventually taught special studies illustraion at The Art Institute of Southern California of Laguna and California University at Fullerton.

Harrison and her husband, actor Conrad John Schuck are bi-costal sharing their time living in Venice Beach, California and their apartment in New York City. It is her husband's involvement with the theatre that allows her the opportunity to capture very private moments back stage and to fill her photo journal with ideas for paintings. Harrison's theatre pieces grace the walls of the Angus MacIndoe's, on West 44th street, a popular hang out for the theatre actors in N.Y.C.

Harrison says that her inspiration is found in her travels and friends. The beauty of story telling is found as an underlying theme in all of her paintings.

You can read about Harrison's Venice Beach studio in "The Studio Book", by Universal Publishing.
